6. Amendments

a. NM Media Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at its discretion. b. Users will be notified of any changes to the Agreement through a notice on the Company's website or application. c. By continuing to use the Service after the modifications have been made, Users indicate their acceptance of the revised Agreement.

7. Miscellaneous

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between NM Media Sdn. Bhd. and Users regarding the use of the Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. b. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. c. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. d. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If the parties fail to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
